Since registering as a lawyer for 32 years, he has been consistently engaged in corporate affairs, M&A negotiations, business revitalization, etc., while also serving as an auditor and director of several listed companies. In addition to realizing the revitalization of numerous companies whose values ​​have declined due to a variety of factors that have made it difficult for them to continue their operations stably, he has also served as chairman of third-party committees and external investigation committees to ensure the fairness of stock prices in the event of corporate scandals, going private, or M&A. Since March 2020, he has been appointed as a director and member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee of bitFlyer Holdings, where he currently serves. During his time as vice president of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association and executive director of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, he was in charge of FATF in each position, and has extensive knowledge of AML/CFT. In addition, he is always aware of the importance of communication within the organization in his practical operations.
