SRE (Manager / Member)
Background
bitFlyer is strengthening its SRE organization to deliver stable, scalable services while protecting our users' valuable assets. As our services expand and our systems grow more sophisticated, ever-higher reliability and availability are required. In this position, we are looking for an engineer who can apply expertise in cloud technologies and automation to design, build, and operate highly reliable, highly available infrastructure and lead our SRE practice.
Responsibilities
Designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure using IaC
Driving operational efficiency through automation
Preventing and detecting failures early through monitoring and alert design, and handling incident response and recovery
Driving migration from legacy systems to new systems
Spreading and embedding SRE culture and best practices across the company
Collaborating with product development and related departments

- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (conversational level)
■Experience designing, building, and operating architecture in public cloud environments (3+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■English (business level)
■SRE or infrastructure operations experience with large-scale B2C services
■Experience operating mission-critical services such as financial systems
■Experience building and operating container technologies and Kubernetes
■Experience building and operating infrastructure with IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
■Experience building and operating monitoring platforms
■Knowledge of and operational experience with RDBMSs (SQL Server, etc.)
■Experience working closely with product development teams
■Hands-on experience developing or operating web applications

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥12,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥369,800–¥739,800
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥130,200–¥260,200 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
