Corporate Planning (Manager / Member)
Background
Amid the rapid growth of the crypto asset and blockchain market and increasingly sophisticated, complex regulation in each country, we aim to expand our business in Japan and overseas and continuously increase corporate value. The management agenda is broad, spanning IPO preparation, governance enhancement, strategy formulation and execution for global expansion, and evaluating M&A. In this context, strengthening the corporate planning function — working closely with management, leading company-wide strategy from planning through execution, and raising the quality and speed of decision-making — is an urgent priority. We are looking for someone to drive transformation on both the business and organizational fronts as a core member powering our growth.
Responsibilities
Formulating and driving the group-wide management strategy and medium-term business plan
Planning and executing growth strategies informed by market and competitive analysis
Budgeting, performance management, and KPI monitoring
Managing company-wide budget versus actuals, visualizing management figures, and proposing improvements
Planning and executing capital policy, IPO preparation, and M&A
Evaluating investment opportunities, due diligence, and PMI (integration support)
Running key governance meetings such as shareholders' meetings and Board of Directors meetings
Preparing meeting materials and supporting management decision-making
Planning and driving projects that report directly to management
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.
- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (native level)
■Hands-on experience in corporate planning at an operating company or financial institution, or in a strategy consulting firm or investment bank (5+ years)
■Experience using AI tools (generative AI, etc.) at work, or strong AI literacy- Preferred Skills & Experience
■English (business level)
■Experience formulating and executing management strategy and medium-term business plans
■Knowledge of and hands-on experience with financial analysis, budget management, and KPI design
■Industry knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain and work experience at related companies
■Experience driving projects related to capital policy, IPO preparation, and M&A
■Experience using English to collaborate with overseas offices or drive global business- Who We Are Looking For

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥15,000,000–¥25,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥924,700–¥1,541,334
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥325,300–¥542,000 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
