Accounting (Manager / Member)
Background
With business expansion and accelerating global growth, we need to strengthen the accounting structure across the group. Beyond domestic and international closing work, our accounting operations are becoming more sophisticated, covering areas such as crypto asset accounting and regulatory correspondence. In this position, we are looking for someone to take on hands-on accounting work and operational improvements at the core of the accounting function.
Responsibilities
Monthly and annual closing (including domestic and overseas group companies)
Consolidated closing and preparation of disclosure materials
Handling financial audits
Tax matters (working with tax accountants, tax audits, the group tax sharing system, etc.)
Communicating with overseas subsidiaries on accounting and tax matters and handling transfer pricing
Building and operating accounting processes for crypto assets
Preparing and handling documents submitted to authorities
Organizing, analyzing, and reporting financial data for management
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.
- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (native level)
■Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
■Hands-on accounting experience at an operating company (3+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■Hands-on accounting or finance experience in the crypto asset / fintech industry
■Holders of certifications such as CPA, USCPA, or licensed tax accountant
■Knowledge of or hands-on experience with IFRS or US GAAP
■Knowledge of or experience with internal controls, audits, or IPO preparation

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥5,000,000–¥10,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥308,167–¥616,434
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥108,500–¥216,900 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
