Marketing (Manager / Member)
Background
As our global business expands, bitFlyer is advancing its marketing strategy in collaboration with overseas offices. To maximize user acquisition and trading volume, we are strengthening a structure that can consistently drive everything from strategy planning to execution and analysis, centered on digital marketing. In this position, we are looking for someone who can lead (or execute) everything from planning initiatives with a global perspective through to operation and improvement.
Responsibilities
Strategy planning and structure building
Planning and designing the global marketing strategy
Designing KPIs and building the operating structure
Team building and management
Driving alliances and collaboration with overseas partners
Marketing operations
Executing digital marketing initiatives
Directing landing page production and similar work
Measuring, analyzing, and improving the effectiveness of initiatives (including A/B testing)
KPI management and data analysis
Proposing initiatives and preparing reporting materials
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.
- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (native level)
■Marketing experience in web services or mobile apps (3+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■English (business level)
■Knowledge of or hands-on experience in system development, UI/UX design, product management, etc.
■Experience launching new businesses or products
■Experience improving products based on data analysis
■Knowledge of or hands-on experience in financial services such as crypto assets, online securities, or FX- Who We Are Looking For

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥12,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥369,800–¥739,800
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥130,200–¥260,200 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
