Investor Relations (Manager / Member)

Background
We are currently preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) and strengthening our IR function, which is responsible for building sound, strategic relationships with capital markets. In the highly volatile field of crypto assets, appropriate communication with investors and analysts and transparent disclosure are more important than ever. In this position, we are looking for someone to work closely with management and lead investor and analyst relations as well as the planning and execution of our disclosure strategy.
Responsibilities
Planning and managing communications with shareholders and investors
Engaging with institutional and retail investors in Japan and overseas
Building and enhancing the IR structure in preparation for the IPO
Preparing and managing quarterly and annual disclosure materials (earnings presentations, timely disclosure documents, etc.)
Planning and running investor briefings
Earnings briefings, one-on-one meetings, etc.
Designing the IR strategy and investor-facing narrative based on competitive analysis, market analysis, and industry trends
Coordinating timely disclosure with internal departments (corporate planning, accounting, legal, etc.)
Planning and managing IR content on the corporate website
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.
- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (native level)
■English (business level)
■Hands-on IR experience at a listed or pre-IPO company, or related experience at a securities firm, investment bank, consulting firm, or similar (5+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■Experience participating in an IPO process
■Experience preparing English-language IR materials
■Experience engaging with overseas investors

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥9,000,000–¥18,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥554,800–¥1,109,700
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥195,200–¥390,300 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
