Web Frontend Engineer (Manager / Member)

Background
bitFlyer is renewing the UI/UX of its web frontend and strengthening its development structure for future feature expansion and better user experiences. We are growing the team to balance the current members' workload and continuously raise our development capabilities. In this position, we are looking for an engineer who can contribute to increasing the product's value through frontend development.
Responsibilities
Designing and developing web frontend UIs using modern frameworks such as React and Vue
Participating in UI/UX renewal projects for existing services
Proposing and implementing improvements to code quality and maintainability
Defining requirements and coordinating specifications with business and design teams
Designing and implementing for long-term operation and improving continuously
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.
- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (conversational level)
■Frontend development experience using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular (3+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■English (business level)
■Experience developing and operating web frontends for in-house services with a large user base
■Development experience with SSR (server-side rendering), Next.js, Nuxt.js, etc.
■Experience with large-scale refactoring or modernizing legacy code
■Hands-on experience with agile development (Scrum, etc.)
■Experience coordinating requirements with business and design departments
■Development experience with JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript- Who We Are Looking For

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥12,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥369,800–¥739,800
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥130,200–¥260,200 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
■Overtime work: Yes
