Corporate IT Engineer (Manager / Member)

Background
As our use of cloud services expands globally, bitFlyer is strengthening how it operates and manages internal infrastructure, centered on SaaS management. Through identity management, access control, and operational automation, we need an environment that combines security with convenience. In this position, we are looking for an engineer to optimize and continuously improve our internal infrastructure through the design and operation of our cloud and SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
Managing and operating the cloud services (mainly SaaS) used by all employees
Planning and driving cloud-related projects
Designing, operating, and improving corporate IT infrastructure overall
Vendor management (work instructions, inquiries, and coordination)
Handling incidents involving cloud services and driving measures to prevent recurrence
Responding to inquiries from internal users and making improvements for convenience
Collaborating and communicating with group companies (including overseas offices)
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.
- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (business level)
■Hands-on experience managing and operating cloud services (mainly SaaS) (3+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■English (business level)
■Experience managing and operating an IdP (identity provider) (3+ years)
■Experience operating device management systems (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, etc.) (3+ years)
■Experience managing and operating Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
■Experience introducing or replacing SaaS for employees

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥12,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥369,800–¥739,800
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥130,200–¥260,200 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
