AI Strategy (Manager / Member)
Background
Anticipating an era in which the autonomous intelligence of AI agents converges with blockchain as a permanent data foundation, bitFlyer aims to establish itself as a platform provider in this domain. In this position, you will lead the formulation and execution of our AI strategy and, through the planning and development of innovative products such as AI-dedicated wallets, stablecoin payments, and SaaS plugins, help build the foundations of a next-generation market in which AI acts as an economic agent.
Responsibilities
Planning, operating, and tracking progress of company-wide AI projects
Supporting the execution of initiatives that improve operations and create new value through data and AI
Introducing AI models, driving PoCs, analyzing outcomes, and formulating improvement plans
Managing KPIs, reporting on results, and presenting to management
Promoting and evaluating the adoption of internal AI tools and solutions
Supporting research and validation of AI × blockchain use cases
Assisting with risk management and the operation of AI ethics guidelines
Sharing AI knowledge across teams and maintaining documentation

- Required Skills & Experience
■Japanese (business level)
■Hands-on experience in AI/data strategy or DX strategy projects (3+ years)- Preferred Skills & Experience
■English (business level)
■Experience introducing or utilizing generative AI / LLMs
■Basic knowledge and understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI
■Work experience in finance, fintech, or the crypto asset business
■Experience in data governance design or data management
■Basic knowledge of the blockchain / Web3 domain
■Project management experience

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥12,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥369,800–¥739,800
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥130,200–¥260,200 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
