Blockchain Engineer (Manager / Member)
Background
bitFlyer is strengthening the cryptocurrency development team responsible for managing the wallets of every crypto asset handled on our exchange. In this position, you will be responsible for the efficiency and security of our crypto asset wallet operations. We are also looking for a blockchain engineer to improve the services that connect to various blockchains and to develop new services.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining the services used to manage crypto asset wallets (including implementing security protocols and best practices against cyber threats)
Integrating new blockchain technologies into existing systems
Creating quality tests that ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and accuracy of the team's deliverables
Keeping up with the latest blockchain trends and upcoming protocol updates
Preparing documentation for new development and proposals
Scope of change in duties: After joining, you may be reassigned to any duties designated by the company.

- Salary
■Expected annual salary: ¥9,000,000–¥18,000,000
※Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month
※Determined based on experience, skills, and most recent annual compensation
■Monthly salary breakdown
Base salary: ¥554,800–¥1,109,700
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥195,200–¥390,300 (for 45 hours)
※If fixed overtime hours are exceeded, additional premium pay is provided for overtime, late-night, and holiday work
※Performance-based bonuses are paid separately- Working Hours
■Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term)
■Probation period: 6 months (no change in working conditions during probation)
■Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (flextime system; core time 10:00–16:00)
■Break: 60 minutes (provided during working hours)
